Brief Introduction
CLW5252TFCZ6 slurry seal truck, also named micro-surfacing paver, is a mid-to-high-end road maintenance vehicle. It can mix and pave conventional slurry seal materials as well as modified emulsified asphalt slurry (micro-surfacing). Widely applied for surface course & under-seal construction of high-grade highways, Class 2/3 highways and municipal roads.
Working Principle
Add asphalt to asphalt tank, clean water to water tank, additives to additive tank, filler (cement) to filler bin, graded aggregate to stone bin. Start auxiliary engine to drive hydraulic system. Operate control switches to activate asphalt pump, water pump and mixer. After adjusting paving box, enable paving operation. All raw materials feed into mixer automatically according to preset programs, then get fully blended into homogeneous slurry mixture.
Slurry flows into paving box, and the spiral distributing system evenly spreads materials. The truck travels forward to complete paving on pavement. All systems stop automatically once power is cut off. High-pressure water washing and component disassembly finish post-job cleaning.

7. Dead-angle-free dual-shaft heavy-duty mixing tank ensures thorough mixing and full easy cleaning.
8. Centralized human-machine control; all operations can be completed on rear platform with dedicated engineering controller, manual operation flexible and adjustable.
9. HOWO chassis with electric windows, air conditioner, berth and ABS brings comfortable driving experience and high safety.
10. Foldable aluminum access ladder and aluminum roller shutter door: attractive, convenient, no obstruction of driver sight and surrounding traffic. Double-layer baffle on aggregate bin prevents material leakage to stabilize construction quality.
11. Optional fiber adding device and asphalt spraying system for diversified construction needs.

Double-axis Adjustable Paving Box
Connect with slurry seal truck via quick coupling to receive hydraulic power. Users adjust box dimension, install press skin, set paving thickness and inspect skid shoe abrasion according to construction needs. Activate spiral feeder; mixed slurry enters paving box after discharging from mixer. Spiral conveyor distributes materials evenly for paving while truck moves forward. After construction, clean all components with high-pressure water gun, remove and wash press skin to finish operation.
