As its core feature, the equipment finishes asphalt spraying and aggregate spreading at the same time, which greatly strengthens the adhesion effect between asphalt and gravel materials.

Precision & Spreading Control
1. It adopts triple-overlap asphalt spraying design. For this reason, the pavement material distribution gets excellent uniformity.
2. The machine is equipped with intelligent closed-loop control system. Meanwhile, it supports real-time tracking of spreading dosage and vehicle travel speed.
3. Operators manage all functions via full touch screen. In addition, built-in video monitoring allows staff to watch the whole construction process live.
4. All nozzles and material gates are driven by pneumatic power. Furthermore, the computer system enables independent opening and closing control of every single component.
5. The spreading width can be adjusted flexibly. What’s more, width modification is allowed even when the truck keeps working.
Construction Capacity
1. Zero-start synchronous spraying technology is configured. Thus asphalt outflow and aggregate blanking start completely synchronously.
2. High-efficiency heating and circulating thermal insulation are equipped. Accordingly, pipelines and spray nozzles stay unobstructed all the time, and diesel cleaning work is no longer needed.
3. The vehicle carries a portable handheld asphalt sprayer. Hence workers can conduct targeted repairing for special road areas conveniently.
4. Asphalt automatic feeding and discharging are available. As a result, overall construction efficiency is further improved.
