Four brushes aren’t just for show – two on the inside, two on the outside, clamping the guardrail and rotating together. The pure adhesive fabric strips clean thoroughly without damaging the guardrail coating. Conical brushes below the main discs also clean road markings along the way.

Cleaning Process – “Two-Flush, Two-Brush” Process

Adopts a “two-flush, two-brush” process for simultaneous dual-side cleaning:

1. First flush: Two rows of spray pipes in front of the brush rollers pre-wet the guardrail

2. First brush: Two rows of brush rollers scrub the guardrail surface

3. Second brush: Continues scrubbing to remove stubborn dirt

4. Second flush: Two rows of spray pipes behind the brush rollers rinse away residual dust and clean the guardrail base

Wet → Scrub → Scrub again → Rinse – four steps and the guardrail shines like new.

Operation – One Person, In the Cab, Full Control

After entering the guardrail section:

1. Main vehicle drives at a steady speed

2. Start auxiliary engine → drives hydraulic oil pump

3. Horizontal telescopic cylinder → extends brush mechanism outward

4. Lift cylinder → adjusts brush height

5. Swing cylinder → outer brush swings 90° to contact guardrail

6. Spacing adjustment cylinder → fine-tunes brush-to-guardrail clearance

7. Once positioned → activate water pump for spraying

8. Brush motor rotates → cleaning begins

At the end of the guardrail section, simply drive away. If you need to exit mid-section or reposition, swing the outer brush back 90° before moving.
