The spray boom uses three-section folding structure. Operators move the boom vertically to realize double or multi-layer overlapping spraying. They also shift the boom horizontally to expand spraying coverage and bypass construction obstacles effectively. In addition, the truck equips a 5m hand-held spray hose. Construction crews rely on this accessory to finish narrow-area and corner paving. Operators connect the spray gun, open the main oil valve, diverter valve and return oil valve, and adjust spraying pressure through the return oil valve.

All hot pipelines wrap with 50mm heat insulation layers. Therefore, the static heat preservation index keeps temperature drop ≤12℃ within 8 hours, and the layers prevent scald accidents for field workers. Besides, 1mm stainless steel plates cover the whole vehicle exterior. This outer shell resists corrosion, extends service life and presents neat and elegant look. The asphalt tank contains sediment drainage grooves, liquid level indicators and safety alarm devices to monitor tank status in real time.

Operators close the main oil valve and return oil valve, open the pneumatic valve and self-priming valve, then activate nozzles step by step to complete purging.
