Once the asphalt reaches the preset temperature, the system will shut down automatically. On one hand, it heats up quickly and keeps heat well. On the other hand, circulating heating inside the tank prevents asphalt caking and pipeline blockage effectively.

4. Self-priming Asphalt Pump Supports Bidirectional Material Transfer

What’s more, the vehicle is fitted with an advanced high-viscosity asphalt pump. On the positive side, it can suck external asphalt into the tank through self-priming function. On the reverse side, it can pump out stored asphalt as needed. Coupled with a gasoline generator, the pump works well with emulsified asphalt, hot asphalt and SBS modified asphalt.

5. Three-section Foldable Spraying Boom for Flexible Construction

Last but not least, the spraying boom adopts a three-section foldable structure. It can move up and down freely, and stretch left and right to expand the working range. When meeting obstacles on site, workers can fold the boom in time for avoidance. Besides, partial supplementary spraying is available to ensure consistent pavement quality.
