First of all, this mixer truck adopts Dongfeng Jiayun single-axle chassis with 4×2 drive layout. It carries a 180 HP National V diesel engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox to deliver steady power output. Furthermore, its total gross weight reaches 16000 kg while the curb weight stays around 11000 kg, making it light and flexible for narrow construction roads. In addition, we equip standard 9.00 steel wire tires, power windows and original factory air conditioners to ease long-hour driving fatigue for operators.
2. Durable 6cbm Mixing Superstructure
Moreover, we manufacture the 6 cubic meter mixing drum with thickened wear-resistant carbon steel. We install internal spiral blades to stir concrete evenly and prevent material segregation during transit. Specifically, a full hydraulic motor drives the whole tank; drivers switch forward rotation for mixing and reverse rotation for discharging easily inside the cab. Notably, the integrated cab control system lets users adjust rotation speed freely to fit small municipal and rural construction projects.
