The powder material transport vehicle is also called the bulk cement truck, which is composed of a special vehicle chassis, a bulk cement truck tank, a gas piping system, and an automatic unloading device. It is suitable for the bulk transportation of dry materials such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granular alkali, etc. whose diameter is not greater than 0.1mm. It is mainly used for cement plants, cement warehouses and large construction sites, which can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.
Use the power of the vehicle to drive the air compressor, and send compressed air into the air chamber at the lower part of the sealed tank through the pipeline, so that the powder and granules on the liquidization bed of the air chamber are suspended into a fluid state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, open Discharge valve, the fluidized material flows through the pipeline for transportation.

The tank body of the powder material truck is mainly composed of a cylinder body, a feed inlet at the upper end of the tank body, a fluidized bed, a discharge pipe assembly, an air inlet pipe and other accessories. The top of the tank is equipped with two or three feed inlets.
The front and rear air chambers of the bulk cement truck are each equipped with an air inlet pipe, and the functions of simultaneous opening and independent control can be realized through the ball valve.
The working principle of the system is as follows: the working power is drawn from the automobile gearbox, and the air compressor is driven by the transmission device, and the generated compressed air enters the air chamber through the control pipeline, so that the powder material in the tank is fluidized. When the pressure reaches 0.196Mpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to realize discharge.
1. When driving bulk cement trucks, do not run at excessive speeds or overpressures. Overspeeds and overpressures will seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine is shown in the main technical parameter table, and the working pressure is 0.2MPa.
2. Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly, but slowly increase or decelerate, otherwise, the pressing force will damage the air compressor.
3. Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump will not supply oil, which will seriously damage the machine.
4. Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, the powder material may flow back into the cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.
5. Check the oil mark before starting up. The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; it is necessary to check whether the oil pump is supplying oil frequently. If it does not supply oil, stop the machine and check immediately, otherwise, the lack of oil will seriously damage the air compressor.
6. To replace the lubricating oil on schedule. After using the new machine for 30 hours, drain the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. Change the oil once a year as described above.
7. To check and clean the oil filter. Normally, check and clean once every quarter. If the machine usage rate is high, check and clean once a month.
8. The lubricating oil used in this machine is CD40 diesel engine oil. It is forbidden to mix lubricating oils of different brands, otherwise the deterioration of lubricating oil will affect the lubrication effect.
9. Maintain and clean the air filter every 30 hours of work. While rotating the filter element, use compressed air with a pressure of less than 0.6 MPa to blow from the inside to the outside. Please replace the filter element with a new one after five maintenance. It is strictly forbidden to clean the filter element with oil or water.
