Heavy-Duty Chassis with Fully Insulated Tank and Smart Spray Rate Control System
Built on a SX1189LA1F1C 4×2 chassis with Weichai 240 HP engine, 4500 mm wheelbase, and 10.00R20 radial tires, this unit features a 10 m³ carbon steel tank with 50 mm rock wool insulation and stainless steel cladding. The hydraulic system includes Rexroth proportional valves, Eaton motor, and QGB680 asphalt pump. The intelligent controller (IP67) links spray rate with vehicle speed via a 10-inch touchscreen, supported by dual Riello burners, full thermal oil heating, automatic cleaning, and a 5KW generator for standalone operation.
