There are two methods for discharge: pressurized discharge and gravity discharge. The sewage suction trucks feature high suction efficiency, self-priming, self-discharging, and direct irrigation capabilities. The operation is quick and straightforward.

SK-12 Water Circulation Vacuum Pump Features
The SK-12 water circulation vacuum pump is a highly efficient component of our sewage suction trucks. It boasts a maximum pressure of 8000 Pa, ensuring powerful suction capability. The pump operates at a pumping rate of 12 m³/min, which facilitates rapid and effective waste removal.
With a rotation speed of 970 r/min, the SK-12 ensures consistent and reliable performance. This pump is integral to the truck’s ability to handle various types of waste, including sludge, gravel, and larger suspended debris. So the robust design and high efficiency make it an essential feature for maintaining optimal performance in demanding environments.

The Function of Anti-spill Valve and Anti-wave Plate
Anti-Spill Valve: Prevent the overflow of liquid waste during transportation. Thus this valve automatically closes when the tank reaches its maximum capacity. Ensuring that no waste spills out, maintaining cleanliness, and protecting the environment.
Anti-wave Plate: The Anti-wave plate, or baffle, installs inside the tank to minimize the movement of liquid waste during transportation. It reduces the impact of liquid sloshing, enhancing vehicle stability and safety, especially when driving on uneven or rough roads. The Anti-wave plate helps in maintaining a smooth and controlled operation. By preventing sudden shifts in the vehicle’s center of gravity caused by moving liquid.
