Main performance and features

1.The garbage box body is a strong frame structure welding with reinforced beams and  high-strength steel boards. The volume is 20000 liters ,it can load about 15 ton garbage according to the different garbage density.The push board is made of rectangular tube frame and folding plate ,it’s not only structure light-weight ,but also can make garbage even distributed and unloading cleanly and thoroughly.

2.The body box is adopt domestic first robot  automatic welding technology,no scraping,no water leakage ,good appearance ,high strength and solid structure,larger loading volume.

3.The tail loading garbage mechanism is more wider and thicker,the flipping devise adopts quenching process technology,the flip arm kingpin adopts the double sided welding process,which is strong and durable,not break.

4.Advanced electric control system,adopt PLC integrated control,use logic circuit to ensure all the operation instructions work in order,reduce the fault occur rate,increase the reliable performance;The engine power controlled by the throttle,which can reach the power need when garbage compressing and push unloading ,and in the other time,the engine is in the idle state,which can reduce the power emission and the rate of fault,reduce the oil replacement ,improve the economic efficiency .

5.The loader assembly is mainly composed of the loader shell, slide plate, scraper and other components. The loader slideway is made of high-strength wear-resistant material by cold bending. The two sides of the slide plate use integral nylon sliders, which are self-lubricating, stable, easy to maintain, and have better wear resistance. The stress-bearing parts of the scraper are locally reinforced and have a solid structure. The lower arc plate is made of high-strength wear-resistant material. There is a leak on the arc plate to facilitate the flow of sewage inside the loader into the lower sewage storage tank to avoid sewage leakage during transportation. A large-capacity sewage storage tank is set at the bottom of the loader, and large-diameter galvanized sewage discharge ports are set on both sides of the sewage tank.
