Daily Maintenance Instructions

In cold weather (when the vehicle is not in operation during winter) – When the vehicle is not used continuously or is taken out of service, all drain ball valves in the piping system and the water pump drain ball valve must be opened to completely drain the water. If conditions permit, the vehicle should be parked in a sheltered, warm garage.

In cold weather (when the vehicle is in operation during winter) – First, add an appropriate amount of warm water into the tank until water flows out of the water pump drain ball valve, then close the pump drain valve and all pipeline ball valves after water flows out of each respectively. After filling the tank with tap water from a fire hydrant, if the distance from the filling point to the operation site is long, slightly open the working ball valve to maintain a dripping water line (to prevent freezing).

For a new vehicle during its first 2–3 days of operation – The user must inspect and tighten the chassis frame U‑bolts (spring mounting bolts), pipeline flange connection bolts, and frame connecting plate bolts. (Routine inspections and tightening should be performed at all times.)
For vehicles with high operational frequency:

Change the transmission gear oil every 2 months.

Grease the water pump drive shaft.

Check or change the lubricating oil of the water pump every 3 months.

The user must regularly and frequently inspect and tighten the flange connection bolts at each section of the main pipeline and the bolts of all gate valve

High-Pressure Water Cannon
Adjustable spray patterns: jet, rain, mist. Also capable of small-scale firefighting.

Side Spray
Used for irrigating roadside green belts. High-flow watering prevents water accumulation on the road surface.

Rear Sprinkler
Suitable for road watering and curing of newly paved roads. Adjustable working width.

Water Pump
Self-priming pump powered by the engine, enabling water transfer to/from the tank.

Strainer Tee
Filters impurities from water. Made of aluminum alloy to prevent clogging.

Inlet Ball Valve
Opened during filling. Can be directly connected to a fire hydrant. The drainage outlet can also serve as a gravity flow outlet.

Four-Way Three-Way Valve
Opened during filling. Handle parallel to the pipeline means open; perpendicular means closed.

Fire Fighting Connection
Can be connected to a fire hydrant for filling, or to the high-pressure water cannon. Dual function: firefighting and tank filling/irrigation.

Front Jet (Spray)
Washes the road surface, flushing gravel and dust to the roadside for easy cleaning.

Sight Gauge (Level Indicator)
Allows visual inspection of the liquid level inside the tank.

Suction Hose
Draws water from an external source. Can also be used as a gravity flow pipe.

Filling Lid (Manhole Cover)
Access point for inspecting the tank interior and adding water.

Ladder
Provides safe access to the top of the tank for operation or maintenance.

Working Platform
Platform for operating the high-pressure water cannon. Can also be fitted with a mist cannon (dust suppression monitor).
