Product Overview

This combined jetting‑suction truck adopts genuine Dongfeng Dolica chassis. It comes with separate 9cbm sewage tank and 3.5cbm clean‑water tank. Above all, it combines high‑pressure jet cleaning and sludge suction, unlike pure sewage suction trucks, it can flush blocked pipelines, ideal for sewer dredging, septic tank cleaning and municipal sanitation projects.

Chassis & Power Configuration

First of all, it uses original Dongfeng Dolica chassis with 3800 mm wheelbase and 8.25 steel wire tires. Besides, it is powered by Yuchai 170HP (121 kW) YCY30170‑60 engine complying with Euro‑VI emission standard.

Moreover, it matches Fast small 8‑speed gearbox, 3.5‑ton front axle and 5.6‑ton rear axle. Meanwhile, it is equipped with power steering, exhaust brake, clutch booster, ABS, electric windows, central lock, air‑conditioner and multi‑functional steering wheel. Its total gross weight reaches 14060 kg and rated payload is 5445 kg for heavy‑duty sanitation work.

Superstructure Equipment

For one thing, both tank body and head plate are 6 mm thick steel. In addition, it fits Pinfu 215 high‑pressure pump, optional 8T vacuum pump or Yifeng SK‑12 water‑circulation pump.

Furthermore, it supports air blow‑off function, double‑cylinder hydraulic lifting and hydraulically‑opened rear cover. Apart from that, it is equipped with 60‑meter DN19 high‑pressure hose, liquid level sight tube, right‑side operation cabinet, left‑side toolbox and manual locking hooks.

As a result, it has DN100 suction inlet, DN150 discharge outlet and one suction hose. Water‑sewage interconnection structure brings flexible operation.

Daily Maintenance Notes

If tank overflow occurs, clean air pipes, oil pipes and vacuum pump timely. Finally, check belt tension regularly.
