Daily Maintenance

1. Winter (when not in operation)

When the vehicle is not in continuous use or not working, open all drain ball valves (including the pump drain valve) to completely drain water. If possible, park the vehicle in a sheltered, warm garage.

2. Winter (when in operation)

Before operation, fill the tank with an appropriate amount of hot water until water flows out of the pump drain valve, then close the valve. Do the same for all pipeline ball valves. If the filling point (hydrant) is far from the work site after filling the tank with tap water, slightly open the working ball valve to maintain a drip flow.

3. General inspections and maintenance

• During the first 2–3 days of operation, the user must check and tighten the chassis U‑bolts, pipeline flange bolts, and chassis connecting plate bolts. (Routine checks should be done regularly.)

• For high‑frequency operation: change the transmission gear oil every 2 months; grease the pump drive shaft once every 2 months; check or change the pump lubricating oil every 3 months.

• The user must regularly (and at any time) check and tighten flange bolts at all main pipeline sections and gate valve bolts.
