Features of 65QZ50/110, 65QZB 50/110N sprinkler / water pump
The 65QZ50/110 sprinkler pump is a centrifugal self-priming sprinkler pump. It is suitable for sprinkler pumps that require long sprinkling distances. The pressure is large and the distance is long. The pump head is 110 meters. After installation, the pump can be used directly by adding water diversion and easy to operate ,simple.

Structural features:
1. Model: 65QZ50/110 self-priming sprinkler pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump with a speed increasing box, which is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, mechanical seal, shaft, speed increasing box and other parts.
2. The power required by the pump is directly provided by the car engine through the power take-off. The ground pumping station can also be driven by electric motors or diesel engines.
3. When the water source contains mud, sand and debris, the inlet of the suction pipe should be placed in the net cover, the area of the through hole of the net cover should be greater than 300cm2, and the diameter of the mesh should be less than 6mm.
4. The shaft seal of the pump adopts mechanical seal, so the pump runs reliably and has a long life.
3. Installation requirements:
1. When the pump is installed on a car, first remove the supporting feet on both sides of the pump. After the pump axis line is aligned with the coupling, tighten the four foot bolts on the gear box, and then install the Support the feet and tighten the bolts.
2. When installing the pump inlet and outlet pipes, they must be firmly on the body. The pump cannot bear the weight and additional force of the inlet and outlet pipes. A filter screen should be installed in the pump inlet pipe. The mesh should be smaller than Φ6mm to avoid larger Inhalation of stones and long fibers.
3 After the installation of the pump and piping system is completed, a pressure test with a pressure of 1.2 times the working pressure of the pump should be carried out for 3 minutes to prove that there is no leakage at all places (the circuit should be closed or the vacuum meter should be removed when the inlet has a vacuum meter).
4. During trial operation, the pump should be filled with liquid to prevent damage to the mechanical seal caused by dry friction.
5. When pumping oil, a grounding wire must be added to introduce static electricity into the ground.
Four, use requirements
1. Before starting, first check whether the oil in the gear box is sufficient. Note: After using the new pump for one week, the gear oil should be drained and replaced with new gear oil.
2. Check whether there is enough liquid in the pump; check whether the drain valve is closed.
3. Open a small amount of the outlet pipe valve and fully open the inlet pipe valve.
4. The suction nozzle of the pump should be immersed under 30cm of the liquid surface to prevent air from being sucked in. The filter screen of the suction nozzle should not be too dense or blocked.
5. The self-priming process starts after the pump is started, so the speed must be appropriately increased to make the pump reach or slightly higher than the rated speed, because a long period of low-speed operation will prolong the self-priming time and even fail to complete the self-priming task. When the outlet pressure gauge shows significant pressure, it indicates that the pump has begun to work normally.
6. In the normal self-priming height, if the pump has not been sucked for 2 minutes after starting, please stop running the pump immediately. If the pump does not leak, the pump inlet pipe is leaking or blocked. Please check and confirm, and take corresponding measures before running the pump. .
Five, matters needing attention

3: In the normal self-priming height, if the pump has not been sucked for 2 minutes after starting, please stop the pump immediately. If the pump does not leak, it is the pump inlet pipe. If there is air leakage or blockage, please check to confirm and take corresponding measures before running the pump.
4: Strictly check the installation of the suction pipeline, and never allow air leakage in the suction pipeline, otherwise it will not be self-priming.
5: In the low temperature season, when the pump is not working, the liquid in the pump should be discharged from the drain valve to prevent freezing and cracking of the box.
